KEITH HILL, Director

Keith Hill has over 22 years of experience in the Oil Industry and is currently President and Chairman of Pearl Exploration and Production Ltd. Keith founded and was President and CEO of Valkyries Petroleum Corp., acquired by Lundin Oil in 2006 ($1B). Previously he was General Manager of Lundin Malaysia and Lundin Sudan. Keith worked for 12 years for Shell Oil and Occidental Petroleum in exploration and New Ventures. Keith holds a B.S. in Geophysics and an M.S. in Geology from Michigan State University, as well as an MBA in International Business from St. Thomas University, Houston, Texas.

READ B. TAYLOR, President & CEO

Read Taylor has held management positions in the Oil Industry for over 26 years. Read recently served as General Manager and President of Devon Energy Brazil Ltd. (NYSE:DVN; Market Cap USD $38.79 B) where he was responsible for the discovery of the 200Mbbl Polvo Field in the Campos Basin. Prior to his work in Brazil, Read served with UNOCAL and Anadarko. His experience includes interpretation in geophysics and geology for exploration and development, gas marketing and business development. Read has a B.Sc. in International Business from Pepperdine University, a B.Sc. in Geophysics and M.Sc. (Masters) degree in Geology from University of Southern California, USC.

IAN BARON, Director

Ian Baron is a founding partner in ESG Dubai, a firm providing management advisory services to the oil & gas industry. Since 2002 he has advised clients in the acquisition and operation of projects in several countries including Kazakhstan, Russia, Iran, Syria, Philippines, Azerbaijan, Kuwait, and Turkey. Prior experience included Dragon Oil plc where he was the chief executive officer. Much of his earlier career was spent with Conoco Inc., where he was Middle East expert for Conoco based in Houston, Texas, USA before becoming vice president and general manager of Conoco Middle East Ltd based in Dubai, UAE.

MAX POZZONI, Director

Max Pozzoni has been actively involved in the Oil & Gas Industry for the past decade, working for industry oil service titan Schlumberger Oilfield Services in the United States and South America. Max currently serves as a Director of Impact Petroleum Corp., an independent energy exploration company focused on exploring the gas rich Barnett Shale region in the Fort Worth Basin of Texas. In addition, Max is involved in lead management roles of two Houston, Texas based public companies which have raised in excess of $20 Million towards various exploration and drilling opportunities and can now count several producing wells in Texas and Louisiana. He has also worked in the past with Lehman Brothers, Inc. Max holds a B.Sc. in International Business from the University of Kansas, and an MBA from the prestigious London Business School in London, England.
